Charles Dobbs

Charles Dobbs is an owner of Dobbs & Braddock Inc. He has been with the company since 1982. He joined his father and grandfather, whom founded the business in 1931. After college at the University of Oklahoma, Charles began in the real estate appraisal and insurance business in Altus. His primary focus today is commercial insurance and residential appraisal. He has volunteered his time for many civil and social groups over the past 35 years, and also maintains several outside business interests. Charles interest include traveling, bird hunting, OU football, and playing golf.

David B. Braddock

David B. Braddock is a Co-Owner and Producer at Dobbs & Braddock, Inc. and has been with the agency since 2012.
His primary areas of interest are in Health Insurance and Commercial Insurance. He really enjoys working with people to meet their insurance needs. David is a lifelong resident of Altus, OK and graduated from Altus High in 1975. He attended the University of Oklahoma and received his BA in Econ in 1979 and a Juris Doctor in Law in 1982.
David worked as an attorney for over 25 years in Altus serving with his father, Tom Braddock and partner Bill Ivester until 1991. He then was a part of Ivester, Braddock and McMahan, PLLC until 1997.
He was elected to the Oklahoma House of Representatives in 1996 as the District 52 State Representative for several counties in Southwest Oklahoma. He served 12 years until he termed out in 2008.
David’s family was one of the original Altus families with his grandfather, Bruce Braddock, being the first boy born in Altus. David has three adult children ( and a couple of grand dogs) and is married to the former Candace Willingham from Altus. They make their home in Altus where Candace works with her family as a homebuilder.
David loves to play golf, golf and more golf. When he isn’t playing golf he is thinking about it. He also is an avid OU Football fan with his children.
He is still trying to convince Candace (an OK State grad) to cheer for the Sooners! It’s all fun in a house divided.

Adela Sanchez

Adela Sanchez is a Customer Insurance Service Representative licensed in property and casualty insurance. She is employed by Dobbs & Braddock, Inc. and has been with the agency since 2001. Adela is fluent in Spanish and always happy to help and work with the people and their insurance needs.

Adela is a resident of Altus and is married to Abraham Sanchez Jr. They have been married for twenty-one years and have two children, Antoine and Angelica who is married to Matthew. Adela and Abraham are youth leaders at Strong Tower Ministries. Together they work as a team with the youth. Adela is a graduate of Northbrook High School, class of 1998. She enjoys spending time with her family, being outdoors, cheering on the Oklahoma Sooners and fishing. She has a heart for God and loves her worship and praise music. Most of all, she enjoys to serve others…being the hands and feet of Jesus. Love God, love others

Allen

I am an Insurance agent with over 15 years of experience. Licensed in Property and Casualty, Life and Health. I have been with Dobbs and Braddock for over 7 years and the past 4 years working with individual and group Life and Health insurance, specializing in all lines of Medicare products. I am a member of the Altus Rotary where I served on the Board of Directors for 10 years, as a Director, President and I am currently the Treasurer of our club. I am Married to Maggie Templer Sasse, she is the Assistant Principal at Vernon ISD, TX. We have one daughter Emma Jo, currently enrolled at WOSC. My family moved to Altus in 1974 living on Altus AFB where my father was a Flight Engineer instructor on the C-141. After college Maggie and I moved back to Altus in 1996 and opened up 4 Winds Outdoor Recreation and AMS Paintball running successfully until 2007 when I changed careers and started workin in the insurance business.
When not working I enjoy hiking, hunting, archery, Running in Half Marathons and most any outdoo activity.

Dustin Balderas

Dustin Balderas embodies the Dobbs and Braddock Insurance Agency personalized client-service culture. Dustin is an alumni of Western Oklahoma State College and Southwestern Oklahoma State University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management and Marketing. Dustin's comes with over a decade of experience and countless relationships, with a sharp eye on the future. With insurance evolving across a constantly changing landscape, he is dedicated to client-focused accounts with Commercial, Personal and Life. Dustin believes striving for excellent customer service while building relationships in the community and partnering with business owners. When Dustin is not serving clients, he enjoys spending time with his wife and 2 sons watching football and enjoying the outdoors as a family.

Jana Edwards is a Customer Service Representative for Dobbs & Braddock, Inc. She was born in Altus, OK. She gradulated from Altus High School in 1980. After gradulation she attended Aladdin Beauty College and gradulated in 1981. Married Doug Edwards. She worked as a cosmetologist for 10 years while working at 4 Season Sport Stuff sewing sports uniforms in Walters, Oklahoma. Started working in Insurance in Hollis OK in 2005 and enjoyed it so much went to work for Dobbs and Braddock. Jana has been working in Insurance for 16 years. Working with people is something Jana enjoys. Jana has 2 daughters Erica, Joye, most of all she loves being a NANA to twin grand toddlers Percy & Kassius. Once a Bulldog, Always A Bulldog!!

Tammie Burns

Tammie Burns has been a licensed property and casualty insurance agent since September of 2000. She has been with Dobbs & Braddock, Inc. since January 2012 previously working for Bartlett Insurance Agency, Inc. from July 2000 until the owner retired and sold his business to Dobbs & Braddock, Inc in 2012. She graduated from Mangum High School in 1992, attended WOSC and later SWOSU in Weatherford and received a BS in Computer Science from SWOSU.

She enjoys living out in the country, gardening, reading and spending time with her furbabies.

TeAnn Trevino

Margaret Davis 

TeAnn Trevino is a Customer Service Representative for Dobbs & Braddock, Inc. She has been in the insurance business helping customers with Dobbs & Braddock since April 2012. TeAnn enjoys being around people and helping customers with their issues. Her primary focus is home and automobile insurance.

TeAnn was actually born and raised in Altus, OK. She is glad to have been a part of our community for most all of her life. TeAnn is a graduate of Altus High School in 2000. So, she proudly wears her Bulldog blue. TeAnn has two grown boys Isaiah & Johnny Olivas. They keep everything interesting all the time. She gets to spend a lot of time with the boys eating out, traveling or just hanging out making memories.

Interesting fact, TeAnn worked several years in the evenings at a famous Altus landmark, Bennies. She enjoyed working there and will definitely miss the good food.

TeAnn also has four fur babies Zoey, Kesha, Roxy, and Lola. They are almost as much to deal with as her boys. But they mind better!

When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with her family, going on road trips, and tending to the house.

Margaret Davis has over 15 years of insurance experience. She started her insurance career in 2008 in Weatherford, OK. She has a Property & Casualty licensed and is a public Notary.

When not selling insurance, she enjoys spending time with her 4 kids, wonderful grandchildren, and her life partner Dale Saul. She holds the State secretary officer seat for the Red Knight’s MC, a firefighter motorcycle club. They love taking the motorcycle out to local charity rides and fundraising wherever the road takes them. Margaret also enjoys watching football, baseball and Nascar, when time allows.
